800g veal, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 egg, 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Grate the onion finely. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in the fridge for a few hours. Shape the mixture into koftas on skewers and bake for 10-15 minutes.
