400g roasted beef, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 red or green bell pepper, 1 red onion, 2 sprigs each of thyme and oregano, Himalayan salt, pepper, chili.

500g pork tenderloin, 1/2 pineapple, 1 bell pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, marinade: 5 tablespoons olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, lemon pepper, and sea salt.

Salmon skewers with lemon
700g salmon fillet, 1/2 lemon, 1 handful of green olives, marinade: 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, and lemon pepper.
Catfish skewers
800g catfish fillet, marinade: 4 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon of finely grated onion, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of hot paprika, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Skewers with meatballs and shrimp
200g ground beef, 10 frozen large shrimp, 300g orange cherry tomatoes, several mini mozzarella balls, 2 red onions, sprigs of thyme, meatballs: 1 clove garlic, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, marinade: 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lime, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the shrimp, form the meatballs, and alternate skewering cherry tomatoes, onion, mozzarella, shrimp, and meatballs. Grill for 7 minutes on each side.
Potato skewers
6 large potatoes, a few slices of smoked bacon
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then cut into wedges. Skewer the wedges, alternating with bacon. Grill for about 10 minutes.
