12 cocktail sausages, 300g chilled filo dough, ketchup or tomato sauce, 1 egg white
Cut the dough into 12 pieces, spread with ketchup or sauce, place a sausage, and roll it up. Brush with egg white and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Wraps with salami and yellow cheese
3 tortillas, 200g salami, 200g yellow cheese, 2 mini heads of romaine lettuce, 1 red bell pepper, 1 cucumber, dressing: 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar
Layer the ingredients in the following order: sauce, lettuce leaves, vegetables cut into strips, salami, and cheese.
Wraps with cream cheese and ham
2 tortillas, 150g cream cheese, 4 large slices of ham, 8 large leaves of butter lettuce
Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas, then layer the lettuce and ham.
Muffins with olives and parmesan
2 cups of flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of oil, 100g olives, 50g Parmesan, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt
Mix the ingredients together. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Muffins with zucchini and yellow cheese
300g flour, 2 eggs, 250ml buttermilk, 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil, 1/2 zucchini, 120g cheese, 1/2 teaspoon each of baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Grate the zucchini and cheese. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Mix everything together, then add the zucchini and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Spinach and feta muffins
350g flour, 2 eggs, 300g spinach, 250g feta cheese, 250g natural yogurt, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/3 teaspoon of salt
Wash and dry the spinach. Heat olive oil in a pan, add spinach and garlic, and cook for 10 minutes, seasoning as needed. Cut the feta into pieces. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, some olive oil, and eggs. Combine everything. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Seed crackers
1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of flaxseeds, 1 cup of sesame seeds, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Combine the seeds, add grated onion, crushed garlic, and spices. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water, stirring. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C, then flip the mixture upside down and bake for another 15 minutes.
