350g flour, 2 eggs, 300g spinach, 250g feta cheese, 250g natural yogurt, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/3 teaspoon of salt
Wash and dry the spinach. Heat olive oil in a pan, add spinach and garlic, and cook for 10 minutes, seasoning as needed. Cut the feta into pieces. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, some olive oil, and eggs. Combine everything. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
