3 tortillas, 200g smoked salmon, 200g mozzarella
Sprinkle the tortillas with mozzarella on a baking sheet, place in the oven for 3 minutes, and bake at 180°C. Once the cheese has melted, remove the tortillas and top with slices of smoked salmon.
