12 cocktail sausages, 300g chilled filo dough, ketchup or tomato sauce, 1 egg white
Cut the dough into 12 pieces, spread with ketchup or sauce, place a sausage, and roll it up. Brush with egg white and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
