Baker's tips: how to slice bread, how to make the crust shiny/tiger-like?

Sourdough bread is a type of bread baked using a natural ferment made of flour and water, called sourdough. This fermentation process gives the bread its characteristic taste and aroma.

1.5 cups rolled oats, 0.5 cups sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 large banana.
Mix all the ingredients together. Using dampened hands, form the mixture into balls and flatten them. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/3 stick of butter, 100g dried cranberries, 50g raisins, 50g walnuts, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt
Mix the dry ingredients, cream the butter with sugar, add the egg, then pour in the milk. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into flattened logs, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Remove, cool, slice into 1.5 cm pieces, and bake again for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

300g light sesame seeds, 100g black sesame seeds, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 4 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of cardamom.
Toast the sesame seeds and add the spices. Boil the water with the sugar until it forms a syrup. Mix the ingredients together and spread the mixture to about 0.5cm thickness. Once it cools, cut into pieces.

1 cup of white sesame seeds, 6 dates, 6 dried apricots, 1/2 cup of almonds, 1/3 cup of goji berries, 3 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of honey
Soak the dried fruits in hot water for 15 minutes. Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of warm water and mix well. Grind everything together. Form the mixture into balls using wet hands. Chill for about 1 hour.

3 ripe bananas, 2 cups of oats, 1/4 cup each of dates, dried cherries, raisins, dark chocolate, sesame seeds, 1/2 cup each of sunflower seeds and walnuts, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt. Mash the bananas with the vanilla extract first, then add the other ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 170ml milk, 150g butter, 150g dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon each of roasted grain coffee and vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Melt the butter. Coarsely chop the chocolate. Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar. Combine everything together; the batter should be slightly lumpy. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.

150g almonds, 100g walnuts, 100g hazelnuts, 50g pecans, 30g pumpkin seeds, 200ml agave syrup, salt
Mix the nuts and roast them. Heat the syrup in a pot, add the dried fruits, salt, and stir. Pour the mixture into a form and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

400g all-purpose flour, 100g soft butter, 70g brown sugar, 50g yeast, 200ml milk, 1 egg, 3 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, and melted butter. Make the yeast mixture. Heat the remaining milk and add the rest of the sugar. Combine the remaining ingredients and let it rise for 25 minutes. Roll out the dough, brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll into a log. Cut into 4cm pieces and brush with egg wash. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

1 cup amaranth, 3/4 cup rolled oats, 5 tablespoons oat flour, 1/4 block of butter, 1/2 cup dried fruits, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, a pinch of baking powder.
Melt the butter. Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 25-30 minutes at 160°C.
