4 hamburger buns, 400g beef chuck, 4 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 pickled cucumber, 4 curly lettuce leaves, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons of dried garlic and onion, 4 tablespoons ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Grind the beef, season with spices, and form 2cm thick burgers. Slice the vegetables. Grill the buns, spread mayonnaise on them, and layer the lettuce, burger patty, cheese, onion, ketchup, cucumber, and tomato.
