4 hamburger buns, 400g beef chuck, 4 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 pickled cucumber, 4 leaves of curly lettuce, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons each of dried garlic and onion, 4 tablespoons ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Grind the beef, season with spices, and form burgers about 2cm thick. Slice the vegetables. Grill the buns, spread mayonnaise on them, then layer the lettuce, burger patty, cheese, onion, ketchup, cucumber, and tomato.
