It's worth learning self-defense techniques, although it requires consistency, which I'm not always ready for.
Sometimes it's worth going and pounding on the bag in beginner classes as a good cardio workout, but also to improve that haymaker, just in case. :)

Ice skating is a great way to stay active and have fun on the ice. It can be enjoyed both at ice rinks and on naturally frozen surfaces. It's an excellent recreational activity for people of all ages and skill levels.

Several slides, a small rapid river, plenty of attractions for children. However, what I value most in this place is the sauna area! Every day from 5 PM, sauna ceremonies take place every hour. There are also quite a few saunas to choose from.
